Who this is for

Most of the people I work with are somewhere in the middle of their lives, and something has stopped working. The career, the relationship, the identity that used to hold feels thinner now, or heavier, or strangely quiet. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety or depression. Sometimes it's closer to a crisis of meaning than a clinical problem. Many are sensitive, searching people who have carried too much for too long. What they're going through isn't a disorder to be managed. It's the psyche asking for something, and it deserves to be taken seriously.
