About

A therapist who takes
the inner life seriously.

Morgan Auger, LPC
Morgan Auger, LPC

I came to this work through my own questions — the kind that don't resolve cleanly, the kind that ask you to sit with what you'd rather avoid. Training at Naropa University, with its grounding in contemplative psychology, gave me a way of being with people that doesn't rush toward a fix.

What I offer is a grounded, depth-oriented approach that blends talk therapy with somatic awareness, dreamwork, and mindfulness-based practices. My specialty lies in helping clients explore the roots of their struggles — not just manage symptoms.

Together, we make space for the parts of you that have been exiled, overlooked, or overwhelmed — so healing can happen.

Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone. I bring curiosity, care, and deep respect for your inner world. If something in you is ready to be seen — whether tender, messy, or wise — I'd be honored to walk with you. Reach out when you're ready.
